Kids Halloween fun

So my friend Rebbecca and I got ambitious and decided to host a "Kids Halloween Party" for all the kiddos in our ward. It was a fun learning experience. We had WAY to many things planned for kiddos that were too young to do them. It was chaos, but the kids all had fun and it was nice to have a chance to let the little ones have a party just for them.
Every year we have a carving contest girls vs boys. There is always a ton of "Trash Talk" between the two teams. Each year the boys try to create something scary and the girls work to make their pumpkin look like a "Pretty Princess." (this one had a cleft lip which I tried to repair with scotch tape) Sorry boys I forgot to take a picture of your pumpkin this year (ha ha)
My friend Heidi invited the kids to come over and decorate sugar cookies at her house (brave girl!) Lucy made about 5 cookies each one looked the same, a HUGE glob of purple frosting and a HUGE handful of candy corns. Looking at them made me nauseous. The kids had a great time and we dropped the cookies off at friends homes along the way to share in our delicious creations.
